We want every ARTIZAX purchase to be made with confidence. Because our collection includes ready-made objects as well as pieces produced specifically for a customer, return eligibility may differ according to the type of order.

READY-MADE OBJECTS

Eligible ready-made objects may be returned according to the return conditions applicable to the order. Returned pieces should normally be unused, in their original condition, and protected in the original or equivalent packaging.

MADE-TO-ORDER & PERSONALIZED OBJECTS

Pieces made specifically to selected dimensions, personalization requests, approved specifications or bespoke requirements may be subject to different cancellation and return conditions where permitted by applicable law.

Where a product is made especially for you, the relevant conditions should be understood before production begins.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If an object arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact ARTIZAX Customer Care as soon as reasonably possible.

To help us review the situation efficiently, please keep the product and its packaging and provide your order number, clear photographs of the object, photographs of the packaging and a short description of the issue.

BEFORE RETURNING AN OBJECT

Please contact ARTIZAX before sending any return. This allows us to confirm eligibility, identify the correct return destination and provide the appropriate instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING

Where return shipping costs apply, the customer will be informed before the return is sent. Cases involving damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items will be reviewed separately.

REFUNDS

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, ARTIZAX will process the appropriate refund according to the original payment method and the applicable order conditions.

Processing times can vary between payment providers and financial institutions after a refund has been issued.
