Handcrafted and hand-painted Moroccan ceramic. Natural variations in pattern, brushwork, color and finish are part of the handmade character of each piece.

Handle with care. Clean gently with a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners and sudden impacts.

Worldwide shipping from Morocco. Orders are inspected and securely packed before dispatch. Tracking is provided once the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Processing & delivery. Ready-to-ship pieces are prepared as quickly as possible. Made-to-order and customized pieces require production time. Delivery estimates may vary because of carrier operations, customs clearance, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control.

Customs, duties & taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage or local handling charges imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly included at checkout, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility.

Delivery & receipt. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the outer packaging and the item before discarding any packaging and contact ARTIZAX promptly with the order number and supporting images.

Returns. Eligible ready-made pieces may be returned in accordance with the ARTIZAX Return & Refund Policy. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct instructions.

Custom & made-to-order pieces. Personalized, customized and made-to-order pieces are produced specifically for the client and may not be eligible for return or exchange except where required by applicable law, or when an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the agreed specifications.

Handcrafted variation. Natural grain, texture, tone, hand-tool marks and small variations may occur in handcrafted products. These characteristics are part of the individual character of the piece and are not, by themselves, defects.
